Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD), Civil Division Gujrat invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for various development works for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 and the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key submission and eligibility details:
- Submission method: Online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login).
- Bids will be opened electronically in the office of the Assistant Engineer, LG&CD Civil Sub Division, Gujrat at the time stated in the e-Procurement system (bidders to refer to the individual package for exact opening time).
- Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 and meet all eligibility criteria in the bidding documents.
- Bid Security: 5% of the estimated cost to be submitted only through a Digital Bank Guarantee (e-Bank Guarantee) generated via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Performance Security: 10% of the contract price to be furnished through SWIFT MT760 or as prescribed in the bidding documents; performance security will be released after successful completion of the contract in accordance with contract conditions.
- Bid validity: Bids shall remain valid for 60 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per the Punjab Procurement Rules.
