Open Tender Notice 63-65/2026 — Supply & Installation Works (Islamabad)

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed manufacturers and stockists on FOR Islamabad basis, registered with the Sales Tax Department and having their own offices with telephone and fax facilities. Tender documents, detailed specifications, and terms & conditions are available from the issuing office on written request with the required tender fee (bank draft/pay order).

Key conditions:

- Tender fee: Rs 2,000/- (bank draft/pay order in the name of Head LAO, P.O. Box 1021, Islamabad). Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

- Earnest money: 2% of total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1021, Islamabad, must accompany the tender/quotation.

- Tender documents will not be issued to firms who failed to supply stores against past orders.

- Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and its due date. Tenders received after the date of opening will not be entertained. Tender validity must be 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting shall be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.

- Tender documents can be dispatched against receipt of request and bank draft through dak/fax/email. The original bank draft and any required documents should be received by the office one day before the opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.
