Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority (PSBA), Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (e-procurement) from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and relevant tax/regulatory authorities for construction and establishment of Sahulat Bazaars across multiple locations in Punjab. Bidders must be licensed in the PEC category specified for each package and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal and may be downloaded free of cost. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP).
