Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road from N25 to Dasht-e-Goraan (Phase-I), District Surab — 2026

The Executive Engineer - Roads, CW PP&H Department, District Surab invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for construction of a blacktop road from N25 to Dasht-e-Goraan (Phase-I) in District Surab for the year 2026.

Eligibility and key requirements: Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA (Govt of Balochistan). Presence on the Active Tax Payers List is required. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan. Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required. The bidding firm must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature. Turnover requirements noted in the tender text include at least 288,302,000 PKR in two subsequent previous years; the text also references an average last three years turnover figure. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (upto 500 million) in the relevant category is required. The bid security (CDR 2%) and green challan must reach the office of the undersigned within 3 days after bid submission. A notarized affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper stating no blacklisting/no litigation in favor of the Executive Engineer Road CWPP&H Surab must be provided along with the tender and TSE number. Last year audit report and other financial documentation as specified are required.
