C&W Department Punjab Tender — Single Stage Two-Envelope (Building Works, Lahore)

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab. Procurement method: Single Stage Two-Envelope bidding (Rule 38) via Punjab e-Procurement Portal.

Eligible bidders: Contractors/firms enlisted with or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with PEC Category C-6 or above and holding the relevant specialized code/CEO license/certificate for the relevant category and specialized code for qualification.

Bid submission: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Manual bids or physical financial instruments (including Call Deposit Receipt - CDR) will not be accepted. Bid security: 5% of the bid amount to be submitted through PSID and uploaded on the e-Procurement system.

Tender documents, terms and conditions, and other details are available to registered bidders on the e-Procurement portal. Technical bids will be opened on 2026-09-16 at 11:30 AM on the portal; financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids on the portal. Opening in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of the Commissioner, Lahore Division, Lahore, if applicable.
