Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Invitation to Bid for Spare Parts for IIAP Islamabad

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for supply of spare parts required for PBBS at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP). Bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with document, security, and tax requirements listed below.

Key instructions: Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Original bid security must reach the issuing office before the bid submission deadline. Prospective bidders must provide proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR to the address below or by email: [email protected]. Important notes: Original bid security must be received at the issuing address before bid submission date/time. A scanned copy of the bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must be attached with the online EPADS submission. Bidders who have not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should complete registration in advance. Any financial instrument found fake or dishonored at any stage may result in blacklisting and legal action as per law.
