Tender: Procurement of 1,000 MT Sodium Hypochlorite with Transportation – Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation

Office of the Executive Engineer, Store & Purchase Division, Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites e-bids through the EPADS (SPPRA Sindh) portal for procurement of 1,000 metric tons of sodium hypochlorite with transportation for city-wide chlorination of pumping stations on an annual rate contract basis for Financial Year 2026-2027.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements:

- Valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
- Demonstrated experience: at least three similar works completed during the last three years (from July 2022 to June 2025). At least one similar contract with minimum 80% of estimated cost or two similar contracts with minimum 50% of estimated cost.
- Submission of Income Tax returns for the last three years and audited financial statements/financial audit report for the last three years. Average annual financial turnover must be not less than the equivalent required amount.

Document & Bid Submission Notes:

- Bidding documents to be downloaded from EPADS (http://portalsindh.procurement.gov.pk).
- Single-stage, one-envelope procedure under Rule-46(1).
- Bid security (scanned image) to be uploaded with the bid; original pay-order / call deposit for bid security and original tender fee pay-order must be submitted to the Accounts Officer (Zone-II) before bid opening.
- Tender cost pay-order should be in favor of "Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation" from any scheduled bank of Pakistan.
- All information and company profile including bidding documents must be uploaded on EPADS in the proper manner. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Conditions for Rejection (selected): conditional bids; bids without required bid security; late/unsigned bids; blacklisted firms; forged documents; bid security/tender cost not submitted physically where required.
