Minimum Experience	Minimum 8 years of professional experience in banking operations, Islamic Banking Windows (IBWs) or branch management. Preference to candidates with strong understanding of SBP Islamic banking regulations, Shariah Governance Framework, Islamic finance products & documentation, and conversion of conventional to Islamic branches/portfolios (assets & liabilities).
Minimum Qualification	Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC-recognized institution/university (national or international).
Key Responsibilities	Oversee functions related to opening, relocation and closure of Islamic Banking Branches and Windows ensuring alignment with Bank and SBP policies. Review observations from Compliance, Shariah Compliance, and Audit; help formulate strategies and system-based controls. Provide technical and operational leadership to Regional and Branch Management to support the Bank’s strategic growth plan. Act as primary liaison between the Islamic Banking Group and other departments to ensure seamless operations across branches and windows. Facilitate and monitor end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities, ensuring strict adherence to Shariah-compliant financing structures and credit risk manuals. Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to resolve operational affairs and branch-level challenges. Integrate digital solutions and automation into banking operations; contribute to staff training and human resource development. Any other task assigned by Management.
Eligibility / Other Conditions	Maximum age limit: 50 years as on closing date. Market-competitive remuneration will be offered.
