FDE Invitation to e-Bid — Renovation of Science Laboratories, Islamabad

Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training invites e-bids through EPADS from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors for renovation of science laboratories in FDE, Islamabad. Submission through EPADS version 2.0 is mandatory; manual submissions will not be accepted.

Key conditions & submission requirements:

- Firms must meet the criteria in the Bid document available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Technical and financial proposals are required as per the RFP.

- Interested firms should submit proposals via EPADS; manual submission is not allowed. Original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security in favour of Director (P&D), FDE must be submitted and will be checked at the time of opening. Cash/cheque will not be accepted.

- Contractors may participate through authorised representatives; the representative must bring an attested copy of CNIC when presenting the bid at opening.

- Procuring Agency reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of laboratories or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004 and relevant regulations/guidelines.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-08-28 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room of PMU M&E&PT, OPM Building, G-7/1, Islamabad.
