Hiring a testing agency to conduct screening for recruitment of posts of BPS-07 to BPS-15 in the Inland Revenue Department, GoAJ&K.

Eligibility

Registered Public & Private sector Testing Agencies recognized in Pakistan with minimum 3 years experience in public sector recruitment tests. Must be registered with SECP (if private), not black-listed, and possess NTN and Income Tax Certificates. Expertise profile and affidavit on stamp paper required.

How to Apply

Submit sealed bids/proposals under 'Single Stage two envelop procedure' before 12:00 pm on 2026-04-30. Bidding documents can be obtained for Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) from the office of the Commissioner Inland Revenue, Old Secretariat, Near Saheli Sarkar Bridge Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir on any official working day.

Notes

Test fee (100% to be paid by candidates) including all taxes must be quoted and valid until recruitment completion. Successful bidder must arrange tests at all District/Divisional HQs of AJ&K and other agreed centers. Authority reserves the right to reject bids as per PPRA Rule 33, 2017.
