RFP: Detailed Design & Construction Supervision for Implementation of Master Plan — Sui Town, District Dera Bugti

Project Director, Sui Master Plan invites Requests for Proposals through the Electronic Public Procurement System (only electronic bids; no physical bids will be accepted) for selection of consultancy services for Detailed Design and Construction Supervision for implementation of the Master Plan of Sui Town, District Dera Bugti.

Eligible bidders: reputed national or international firms or joint ventures meeting the advertised eligibility criteria, including registration with FBR for Income Tax and BRA, presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and registration with PEC as a Consulting Engineering Firm. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.
