PESCO Invitation to E-Bid — Office Stationery, Laptops, AV & IT Supplies (Closing 2026-09-14)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) — Manager Material Management, PESCO H.Q., Shami Road, Peshawar. PESCO invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible bidders for procurement of goods listed below under FY 2026-27 funds. Procurement will use the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with applicable Public Procurement Rules and PESCO procurement guidelines.

Submission & security: All bids must be submitted through the E-PADS v2.0 portal. Bids must be accompanied by the required Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee issued from a scheduled bank of Pakistan, in the name of CEO PESCO, Peshawar. The original Bid Security, along with a covering letter, must also be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, Manager Material Management, PESCO H/Q, Shami Road, Peshawar, before the bid closing time. Late, incomplete, conditional or non-compliant bids will be rejected.

Important deadlines: E-Bids must be submitted on the E-PADS portal on or before 2026-09-14 at 10:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Vendors not yet registered on the E-PADS portal should register before submitting bids.
