FDE Islamabad Tender: Renovation of Laboratories in Educational Institutions (e-Bid) — Closing 2026-09-07

Issuing Authority: Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training. FDE invites online e-bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and holding valid PEC license in the appropriate category for renovation works in FDE educational institutions in Islamabad.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Mandatory online submission through ePADS version 2.0. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

- Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals as per the Request for Proposal (RFP).

- Bid security must be provided as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director (P&D), Federal Directorate of Education. Scanned CDR should be uploaded with the technical proposal on ePADS; the original CDR shall be submitted at the time of opening as instructed.

- Representatives attending the tender opening must present an authority letter and attested copy of CNIC.

- A pre-bid meeting will be held on 28-08-2026 at 11:00 am in the Committee Room of PMU MoF&PT, Old PMU Building, G-7/1, Islamabad, for clarifications.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to increase/decrease quantities, accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules (Public Procurement Rules, 2004, as amended) and FDE regulations. Bids must be valid and submitted according to instructions in the electronic bidding documents.
