Invitation to Bid — Supply of Furniture for Danish School (AJK) by Ministry of Federal Education (PMU)

Project Management Unit (PMU), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites sealed/electronic bids from contractors duly enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category and holding a valid PEC license for the works listed below. Bids are to be submitted through the e-procurement system and must include required bid security.

Important details and conditions:

- Eligibility: Contractors must be enlisted with PEC in the appropriate category and possess a valid PEC license for the relevant work.

- Submission: Bids must be submitted online through the authorized e-procurement platform (EPADs/ePADS as specified in the bid documents). Late submissions will not be accepted.

- Bid Security: Must be furnished as specified above in the form and amount required by the bidding documents.

- Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting for clarification is scheduled (date and time as provided in the bid documents).

- Procurement rules: Procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 (as amended), and any other relevant regulations cited in the bidding documents.

- Tender document availability, submission procedures, and complete terms and conditions are available in the bidding document and on the e-procurement portal. The procuring agency accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of bids submitted incorrectly.
