Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Environment Wing invites electronic Technical and Financial Proposals (Single Stage – Two Envelope) for hiring Transaction Advisors for multiple Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Islamabad. Selection will follow Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS). Eligible firms/consortia must have relevant category registrations, valid licenses, NTN and GST registration.
RFP documents with detailed scope, eligibility, evaluation criteria and draft contract terms are available for download from EPDAS (https://epdas.gov.pk) and CDA (https://www.cda.gov.pk). Proposals must be submitted electronically through EPDAS. Separate Technical and Financial envelopes and separate bid security are required for each Package. Firms may submit for one or more Packages.
Proposals will be submitted through EPDAS and opened in the presence of bidders/representatives at 12:30 hrs on the bid opening date.
