Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), Quetta invites sealed tenders from firms, original manufacturers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for supply/repair of items for Financial Year 2026-27. Tender documents, terms, technical specifications and item lists are available on payment of the non-refundable tender fee (pay order/bank draft) in favour of "FC (N) Regt Tps Provident Fund" from 2026-08-10.

Submission & Opening: Complete tenders prepared per bidding documents must reach the Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Branch, Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (North), Quetta on or before 2026-09-01 by 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on 2026-09-01 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
Bid Security: Tenders must be accompanied by Call Deposit / Bank Draft / Pay Order in the name of "FC (N) Regt Tps Provident Fund" as bid security:
- Registered with HQ FC Balochistan (North), Quetta: 5% of total quoted tender value
- Unregistered firms / manufacturers / contractors: 8% of total quoted tender value
Other conditions: Bids for each item will remain valid for acceptance until 2027-06-30 from the date of opening. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The Inspector General Frontier Corps Balochistan reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRArules-2004.
