Printing Corporation of Pakistan (PCP), Islamabad invites sealed tenders for the sale/disposal of old serviceable/unserviceable printing machines and mixed scrap. Tender No. ADMN.28(8)/2025-PCP. Tender forms are available from the Deputy Manager (P&D), PCP Head Office, Islamabad and Manager, Printing Corporation of Pakistan Press, University Road, Karachi on payment of Rs.10,000 (non-refundable). Tender security (earnest money) Rs.500,000 (Rupees five hundred thousand) in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited must accompany the bid.

Submission instructions: Tenders must be sealed and clearly super-scribed "TENDER FOR SALE/DISPOSAL OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE MACHINES AND MIXED SCRAP" and reach the undersigned by 02:00 p.m. on 2025-08-31. Bids will be opened the same day at 02:30 p.m. in presence of bidders/representatives who choose to attend. Tender forms and detailed terms & conditions available from the offices noted above. All payments must be made as specified; late or incomplete bids will be rejected. The corporation reserves the right to accept/reject any or all offers as per PPRA Rule 41.
