Walton Cantonment Board invites online bids (e-PAQS/E-PAQS-2.0 Portal of PPRA) for multiple annual repair, maintenance and public improvement work packages across Walton Cantt wards. Bidders are required to submit bids online only; hard copies will not be accepted. Bid security/earnest money amounts are specified against each package below and are generally equal to 2% of the estimated cost. Work will be executed as per applicable MES/PPRA rules and as per work order/contract.

Key submission & eligibility notes:
- Bids must be submitted online only via E-PAQS/E-PAQS-2.0 Portal of PPRA (portal reference in notice). No hard copies will be accepted.
- The cut-off for online submission is 11:00 hrs on 2026-09-14; bids will be opened electronically on the same date at 11:30 hrs.
- Bid security/earnest money as shown in the table shall be furnished. Bid security in the form and manner prescribed (deposit in favor of Cantt Executive Officer / Walton Cantonment Board or as per portal instructions) is required.
- Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned undertaking on judicial stamp paper (original format and value as per notice) and meet other conditions listed in the tender document.
- Tender documents and submission conditions, evaluation criteria, and other terms are governed by the MES Schedule of Rates (amended up to date), PPRA rules, and Walton Cantonment Board procedures. Walton Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
