Tender documents are available free of cost at PITB and PPRA Punjab websites. Bids (technical and financial, duly completed, signed and stamped) must be submitted online on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline and ensure registration on the e-Procurement system.
Key procurement rules and procedure: Procurement shall be completed in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 on Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through the e-Procurement portal. Incomplete, unsigned or late bids will not be considered.
