Government Notice: Pensioners — Get Proof of Life via Pak ID Mobile App

Issuer: Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, in collaboration with NADRA and the Controller General of Accounts (CGA).

Purpose: To enable retired pensioners to obtain a digital Proof of Life certificate through the NADRA Pak ID mobile application so pensions can continue without visiting a bank or physical verification.

Who should act: All pensioners who are required to submit Proof of Life for continuation of pension payments.

Actionable steps: Download and install the Nadra Pak ID mobile app; register and verify your identity; use the app’s "Proof of Life" feature to generate a certified digital Proof of Life / Life Verification Certificate; submit the generated certificate to the pension paying authority/CGA as required. QR codes and official Pak ID resources are provided for app download and guidance.
