Issuer: Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department, C&W Highway Division DI Khan. Single Stage Two Envelope e-PAD electronic bids are invited under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to 15.09.2021).
Bids must follow KPPRA Notification SOR (14)/Vol:1-24/2021-22/6058-71 dated 10.05.2022 and related SRO provisions. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. Venue for bid opening: Office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Highway Division DI Khan. Valid bank guarantee from a recognized bank is required before issuance of work order. Bids will be valid for ninety (90) days. Tender documents and evaluation criteria are available from the undersigned and can be obtained on any working day at least three days before closing.
