MTI-Hayatabad Medical Complex (Supply Chain Management Department) invites e-bids through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa E-Procurement (E-PADS) system for supply/services for MTI-HMC, KGMC, TIB, BAPSC & PICO affiliated institutions. Interested firms must submit bids online via the E-PADS portal in accordance with applicable KP procurement rules.

Key Instructions & Terms

- Bids must be submitted online through the KP E-PADS / E-BIDS system only. Downloading of bidding documents and submission instructions are available on the E-PADS portal.

- Bid security amounts as listed above must be furnished. Original bid security (CDR/Bank Guarantee or as specified) shall be submitted in accordance with the tender rules; scanned copy to be uploaded on E-PADS and original to be delivered as required.

- Conditional or partial bids are not acceptable. Bidders must comply with all terms and conditions and provide required registration/qualification documents (where applicable) such as tax/FBR registration and KP relevant registrations.

- Tender opening will be held on 2016-09-07 at the time specified on the E-PADS portal; interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.
