National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Divisional Head – Payment Services (SVP/EVP). The role will be based in Karachi and report to the Group Chief – Operations Group. This is a contractual appointment for three years (renewable at Management discretion).

| Educational / Professional Qualification | Minimum graduation or equivalent from HEC-recognized university/college/institute. Candidates with a Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university/institution preferred. |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years of banking experience with at least 05 years of experience as a Head and/or one level down to Head of Corporate Operations and/or Transaction Banking and/or Payment Services related areas (e.g., Treasury, Foreign Remittances, Payments & RTGS, Cash Management). |
| Key Skills & Knowledge | Good communication & interpersonal skills; excellent team management & leadership; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage large teams; knowledge of prudential regulations related to Operations (Cash Management Products, RTGS, Foreign Exchange Remittances, Treasury). |
| Core Responsibilities | Manage back office for Corporate Banking, Treasury, Trade, Payments, Collections, Clearing, Remittance, RTGS & Cash Management; ensure timely delivery of assigned jobs; support corporate & business heads on strategy and policy; translate business goals into operational plans; maintain regulatory compliance; improve systems and processes; implement SOPs, programs and initiatives to improve performance and client delivery; partner with stakeholders to establish workable frameworks and best practices. |
| Assessment | Only shortlisted candidates meeting basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interviews. |
| Employment Type & Remuneration | Contractual for three years (may be renewed). Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy. |
