| Experience | Minimum 8 years in software development for financial and/or banking applications. Experience with Core Banking Applications (FIS profile) preferred. |
| Key Skills & Technologies | Java / J2EE / Spring MVC / MUMPS / web applications; C++ / OOP; Eclipse / NetBeans; Tomcat / WebSphere / GlassFish; .NET / C# / Visual Studio (3.5+); Oracle / SQL Server / JDBC / RDBMS; Agile methodologies; tools such as Jira, Confluence, SVN/TFS/GIT; strong communication and teamwork. |
| Main Responsibilities | Lead software development team for core banking applications; mentor and guide developers; manage development and deployment of new systems and enhancements; implement processes and metrics to improve team performance; translate business requirements into product design; code, test, debug, document and maintain applications; provide production support; prepare technical specifications and QA/test plans; recommend reuse or development of code; perform other assigned duties. |
