Invitation to Bid: Supply of Auto-Leveler Limit Switches, Aircraft Detection Sensors, Joysticks & Gas Springs for PBS at IIAP Islamabad

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites e-bids through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for supply of spares for PBS at IIAP Islamabad. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and comply with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key instructions and requirements:

- E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on the EPADS portal. Interested bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

- Bidders should submit proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR to the PAA address below or email [email protected] before bid opening.

- Original bid security must reach the issuing address before the bid submission deadline. A copy of the bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must be attached with the online EPADS bid submission.

- Performance period: Till satisfactory completion of the contract and warranty period.

- PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids for cogent reasons. Any financial instrument found fake or dishonored will result in blacklisting and legal action.
