Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road N-40 to Pasite & Ghowankoi — Dalbandin (Chagai) PKR 38.40M

Issuer: Executive Engineer (Roads), C&W / PP&H Department, Provincial B&R, District Chagai.

Scope: Invitation to bid for construction of a blacktop road from N-40 to Pasite & Ghowankoi including remaining road and associated structure works under revised rates as per CSR 2023. Bids invited from eligible bidders for the Year 2026.

Procurement Rules: Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 — Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility & Requirements: Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers list and not blacklisted. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with appropriate category (PEC C-3 and above up to specified limit) and specialized code CE01-01 (Roads & Pavements / Drainage & Retaining Structures) is required. Firms must demonstrate experience on similar works (minimum number of prior projects and financial capacity requirements as detailed in the bidding documents). Maintenance-only works are not acceptable.

Bid Submission & Documents: Complete bidding documents and NIT are available through the BPPRA/PPRA portals and as specified in the tender documents. Bids must be accompanied by the specified bid security and Green Challan. Bids to be submitted electronically as directed in the tender documents.

Last date for submission: 2026-09-07 (as specified in tender notice). Bids will be opened in presence of bidders on the date and time stated in the tender documents.
