PAA Invitation to Bid (P-69602) – Spare Parts for PBBS at IAP Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) – Additional Director, Logistics (APS), Logistics Center (South), HQs Pakistan Airports Authority, JIAP Karachi.

Purpose: Invitation to bid through EPADS v2.0 under PPRA Rule 36(b) for supply of spare parts for PBBS at Islamabad International Airport (IAP).

How to apply / submit bids:

- E-bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on the e-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS): https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements. Bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.

- Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 and must provide proof of Active Taxpayer List (100% compliance) and GST/NTN certificates of FBR as part of the submission. Original bid security (pay order / bank guarantee) must reach the issuing office before the bid submission date/time.

- Time for performance: Till the satisfactory completion of contract and warranty period as specified in the bidding documents.
