Office of the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies-VI, Karachi & Authorized Election Officer announce elections for President and nine (09) members of the Managing Committee of Police Department Employees Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi. Polling will be held by secret ballot on 2026-09-13 at 11:00 AM at Sector 45-A, Scheme #33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Karachi.

Key instructions:

• Only members holding the qualifying paid-up share value of Rs. 500/- (Rule 57(1), Cooperative Societies Rules 2020) are entitled to vote.
• Nomination forms must be obtained in person or through an authorized representative from the election office and must be submitted in sealed cover as instructed.
• Nomination forms must be accompanied by a copy of CNIC; candidates/voters must bring original CNIC for identification on election day.
• The members list can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 3,000 (Rupees Three Thousand Only) during working days (11:00 AM – 04:00 PM).
• Proxy voting is not allowed. Candidates whose nominations do not meet eligibility rules will have their nomination papers rejected.
• All candidates and voters must follow SOPs issued by health/administrative authorities (COVID-19 precautions).
