Purpose: Invitation to submit sealed bids for multiple service lots under Non-Development Budget for financial year 2026-27.
Eligibility: Original service providers / manufacturers / authorized distributors / suppliers / contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
How to obtain bidding documents: Available from the Office of the Secretary, Tourism, Sports, Culture, Archaeology & Museums Department, GB New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit during office hours Monday to Friday (0900 to 1630). Documents may also be downloaded from the department website: www.visitgilgitbaltistan.gov.pk. Purchase must be made by treasury challan (TR-6).
Submission & opening:
- Bids must reach the Office of Secretary, Tourism, Sports, Culture, and Archaeology & Museums Department, GB New Secretariat Building, Jutial, Gilgit on or before 11:00 hours on 2026-09-01.
- Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours, 2026-09-01.
