IESCO Tender: Insulated Bucket Vehicles, Crane-Mounted Trucks & 5-Ton Forklift (Closing 2026-08-31)

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids from FBR-registered firms/manufacturers for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi / Islamabad / Rajanpur. Bids will be received and opened at IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad.

Submission & Opening: Last date/time for receipt of tenders: 2026-08-31 up to 10:30 AM. Tenders will be opened on 2026-08-31 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

How to Apply: Only e-bids through the E-PADS Portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk) are acceptable. Upload all mandatory documents and apply via E-PADS & IESCO Portal Online.

Key Terms & Conditions:

• Tender procedure: Single Stage Two Envelope basis.
• Bids must be firm and final on DDP basis without any foreign exchange variation.
• Bid validity: 120 days.
• Bid security/guarantee: As specified against each tender, in original, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 148 days), in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan, payable in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad.
• Bids uploaded on E-PADS Version 2.0 shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, GST and duties; IESCO will reimburse GST on submission of original invoices/returns where applicable.
• IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept a bid at its discretion according to procurement rules.
