IESCO Tender: Supply of Insulated Bucket Trucks, Crane-Mounted Trucks (3-Ton) & 5-Ton Forklift — Closing 2026-08-31

Issuer: Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO). IESCO invites e-bids for supply of materials on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores Rawalpindi and Islamabad for FY 2026-27.

Key deadlines and submission method:

- Last date for receipt of e-bids and tender closing: 2026-08-31. Bids will be accepted up to 10:30 AM on 2026-08-31 and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.

- Submission: Only e-bids via the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) online portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). All mandatory information must be uploaded as required in the bidding documents.

Important conditions:

• Tenders will be processed on a ``Single Stage Two Envelope basis''.
• Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security must be valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 148 days) and submitted in original as Bank Guarantee / CDR issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan (rating A- or above) in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad.
• Prices must be firm in Pakistani Rupees on DDP basis and should not involve any foreign exchange.
• Tender opening will take place at: Office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No. 40, Islamabad. Bidders or their authorised representatives (bearing authority letters) may attend.
• IESCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept any bid in accordance with applicable rules.
