Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites e-bids from FBR-registered firms / manufacturers for supply of specified vehicles and equipment on free delivery basis to IESCO regional stores. Bids will be received up to 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM on 2026-08-31 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Office of Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Office, G-7/4 Street No.40, Islamabad.

How to Apply: Only e-bids are acceptable. Interested bidders must apply through the E-PADS Portal (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) online and upload mandatory information and required documents as per bidding documents. Tenders will be invited on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis.
Key Terms & Conditions:
- Prices shall be firm and on F.O.R. delivery basis without involving any foreign exchange.
- Bid validity: 120 days. Bid security must be submitted in original (Bank Guarantee / CDR) issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan and valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (i.e., 148 days).
- The quoted price on e-PADS Version 2.0 shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST and duties; GST is reimbursable upon submission of original invoices/forms where applicable.
- IESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to call off the tender without assigning any reason.
