Issuer: Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organization (PEDO) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Hydropower & Renewable Energy Development (KHRE) Program. PEDO invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified consulting firms for engagement as a Management Support Consultant (MSC) to provide institutional strengthening, strategic advisory, implementation support and capacity development services.

| Shortlisting Criteria | Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in public-sector institutional reforms/organizational strengthening and power sector advisory; at least 3 similar assignments in the last 10 years (preferably in power/renewables); experience with donor-funded projects (World Bank or other international partners); availability of multidisciplinary experts; experience in developing countries and Pakistan power sector knowledge advantageous. Key Experts will not be evaluated at shortlisting stage. |
