TMA Hassan Khel Tender: Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery (EPAD - Single Stage, Two-Envelope)

Issuer: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Hassan Khel, District Khyber, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Purpose: Fabrication and supply of solid waste machinery. Bids to be submitted through the KP e-Procurement (EPAD) system under the Single Stage Two-Envelope method (Technical and Financial) as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The chassis will be supplied by TMA Hassan Khel.

Registration/Submission: Interested bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit/upload bids via EPAD.

Key requirements and conditions:

• Bidders: Reputed manufacturers/fabricators/suppliers having NTN.
• Bid security: Original 2% of the total bid price in the shape of CDR (payable to TMA Hassan Khel) must be sealed in the envelope and reach the office before the deadline.
• Deadline for submission/upload (EPAD): 2026-09-21 by 13:00. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 14:00. Financial bids of technically responsive bids will be opened later; the date/time/venue will be communicated to bidders after technical evaluation via the provided email address.
• All applicable taxes (including sales tax, income tax, stamp duties, etc.) as per government rules will apply.
• Rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office.
• Successful bidder must provide complete operational training to staff.
• Incomplete, conditional, late submitted, or manual bids will not be accepted.
• Purchase order is subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
