How to Apply
Procurement will be carried out through E-Procurement (EPADS). The bid document must be uploaded on E-PADS by the deadline. The original CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee for earnest money (2% of estimated cost) must be submitted physically to the Director General, WCLA Lahore before the closing time.

Notes
The bid shall be a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Rule 35). No telephonic/conditional tender and without earnest money will be entertained. In case of any typographic mistake, the original documents will be referred.
