How to Apply
Bids (Technical & Financial) must be prepared and uploaded on the EPADS website as per the instructions in the bidding documents. The original CDR/Pay order/Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee for earnest money (5% of the estimated cost) must be submitted to the Head Clerk at the office of the Deputy Director (Engg), Bahawalpur Development Authority, Thana Baghdad Road, Bahawalpur by 11:00 AM on the day of tender opening.

The bidding process will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bidders may attend the bid opening at the Deputy Director (Engg) Office. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids. A 10% performance/quality assurance guarantee will be required from the successful bidder. Non-responsive bids will be rejected. (IPB-202)
