| Deputy / Assistant Manager — Nursing | MSN/BSN/Post RN with valid PNMC registration. Master's in Nursing/Healthcare Management preferred. Minimum 5–7 years clinical nursing experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role in a reputable private hospital. Strong knowledge of nursing administration, quality standards, healthcare regulations, and excellent leadership and organizational skills. |
| Deputy / Assistant Manager — Administration | Master's/Bachelor's in Business/Public Administration or related field with 3–5 years administrative experience, preferably in healthcare. Retired SHO or Major may also apply. Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving abilities, and MS Office skills; ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. |
| Assistant Manager — Procurement | Master's/Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field with 3–5 years procurement experience, preferably in healthcare. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and contracts; proficiency in MS Office/ERP; excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills. |
