Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab invites applications for contract appointments (lump-sum) to strengthen governance, procurement and monitoring at public sector teaching hospitals in Punjab. Appointments are for a period of three years (further extendable for one term).

| Hospital Monitoring Officer / Hospital Governance Executive | Master’s degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management or Public Administration from an HEC-recognized university. Candidates with a medical degree may apply if they also hold an additional management qualification. | Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership position with proven supervisory/management experience of a large organisation (experience of managing organisations with ~5,000 employees preferred). | 45–65 |
| Procurement Specialist / Officer | Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, ACCA/CA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university. | Minimum 5 years’ relevant professional experience. | 40–55 |
| Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant | Graduation in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Public Health, Statistics, Health Management or Information Technology from an HEC-recognized university. | Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional experience. | 25–40 |
