University of Okara Invitation to Bids — PC-I Project 2026-2027 (Development of University of Okara)

University of Okara (Project Director / Prof. Dr. Sajjad Mubin) invites sealed bids from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for PC-I works under PSDP New Scheme (SR#415) “Development of University of Okara.” Bidding is open to firms in PEC Category C-6 or above. Bidding documents are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Procurement will be conducted under the "Single Stage – One Envelope" procedure in accordance with Clause 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids will not be accepted.

- Bidding documents and submission: download from PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and submit/upload via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Earnest money must be furnished as Call Deposit / Bank Guarantee in favor of the Project Director, University of Okara, valid as required in the bidding document.

- Proposals (technical & financial) must be uploaded electronically as per the e-Procurement system instructions. All bids will be opened online on the specified date and time.
