FBR Regional Tax Office Hyderabad Tender for Supply of Computer Stationery

Issuer: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Chief Commissioner-IR Regional Tax Office, A-49 Site Area, Hyderabad. Purpose: Procurement of computer stationery for the Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad through single-stage electronic bidding under Public Procurement Rules 2004.

How to apply / submit bids:

• Applications and bids must be submitted electronically only via the EPADS e-procurement portal (registered bidders). Manual or physical submission is not allowed.
• Electronic bids must be submitted on or before 2026-09-08 by 11:00 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad, through EPADS).
• Registered bidders can obtain bidding documents from the EPADS portal (vendors.epads.gov.pk) and FBR website (www.fbr.gov.pk).

Eligibility and required documents:

• Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and regular filers of Income Tax / Sales Tax (where applicable).
• Proposals should include: company profile and list of relevant projects/clients with contact details; copies of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates; and an ATL online certificate.
• Bidders must attach an affidavit (on Rs.100/- stamp paper, latest and original) stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any government department and has no pending suits against any government department.

Financial and other terms:

• Tender must be accompanied by a Bank Draft/Pay Order equal to 2% of the quoted price (inclusive of all taxes) in favor of Chief Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Hyderabad as earnest money; otherwise the tender will be rejected.
• Quotations must be inclusive of all taxes. All applicable taxes will be deducted in accordance with the law.
• Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or otherwise non-compliant applications will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
