PITB Invitation to Bid for Food & Catering Services and Miscellaneous Hardware (Framework & Makerspace)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) invites sealed bids for procurement of Food & Catering Services under a framework contract (NDP-02-R) and Procurement of Miscellaneous Hardware for Makerspace Punjab (EGV-12). Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 using Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Tender documents are available for free download at PITB and PPRA websites and bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Important procurement notes: Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and in complete conformity with the Tender Document. Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to submit bids. Bids must include required certificates (Income/Sales tax registration etc.) and the stated bid security. Incomplete, unsigned, stamped, late, or submitted by other than a specified method will not be considered. PITB may reject all bids under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
