The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Government of Pakistan, invites e-bids for the renovation and upgradation of Al-Noor Mosque (Contract Ref: P-85933). Funding is reserved in MOFA’s budget for FY 2026-27. Single Stage-One Envelope bids will be evaluated using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
