- Master's degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional distinction. - At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive/leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit, or international development. - Strong record of institutional leadership with capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development and stakeholder engagement. - Experience in establishing, leading, or transforming large and complex organisations, especially in education, research or public service, is a distinct advantage. |

Eligible qualifications (any one): - Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution; OR - Law graduate; OR - Member of a recognised professional accounting body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA); OR - Member of a recognised corporate/chartered secretaries body (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). Experience: - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. - Preferable experience in a similar trust, company or registered organisation. - Must comply with fit & proper criteria as provided in the Trust deed. |
