An emerging public sector institution of Higher Education, operating independently under a Trust, invites applications for senior leadership positions. Candidates with demonstrated experience in leading complex organizations, strategic planning, governance, and institutional development are encouraged to apply.

Post	No. of Posts	Age	Key Qualifications & Experience
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	1	Min 50 – Max 60	Master's degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional distinction. At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit domain, or international development. Proven institutional leadership in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, stakeholder engagement; experience establishing, leading, or transforming large/complex organizations preferred.
Trust Secretary	1	Min 35	Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution, OR a Law graduate. Membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA) OR member of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). Minimum 10 years' relevant experience; preferable experience in similar trusts/companies/registered entities. Must comply with Trust deed criteria.

General information: All positions are merit-based and open to eligible candidates across Pakistan. Age will be calculated as of the application closing date. Candidates in government/semi-government organizations should apply through proper channels. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible.
