An emerging public sector higher-education institution, operating independently under a Trust, invites applications for senior leadership positions on a merit basis from eligible candidates across Pakistan.

Post	No. of Posts	Age	Key Qualifications & Experience
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)	1	Minimum 50 — Maximum 60	Master’s degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional distinction. At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit domain, or international development. Demonstrated institutional leadership and capabilities in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development, project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Trust Secretary	1	Minimum 35	Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized institution; OR a Law graduate; OR membership of a recognized professional body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA, etc.); OR membership of a recognized body of corporate/chartered secretaries (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; preferably experience in a similar trust/company/registered organization. Compliance with fit and proper criteria as provided in the Trust deed.

Important instructions: All positions are merit-based and open to eligible candidates across Pakistan. Age will be calculated as of the last date for submission of applications. Candidates serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations should apply through the proper channel. Incomplete applications, advance copies, and applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. The Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
