Issuer: District Auction Committee, District Buner (Assistant Director, Mineral Development Buner). Auction under Section 78(3) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Mineral Act, 2017 for grant of minor-mineral leases in District Buner. Registered contractors of minor minerals may participate.

Key conditions and participation instructions:
- Eligible participants: registered contractors with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Blacklisted/debarred persons are not eligible.
- Application fee: Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable). Registered applicants must submit the application form with fee at least three (3) days before the auction.
- Call deposit (EMD): amounts listed in the table must be deposited in the specified bank account before the auction. (Account numbers given in the notice for deposits.)
- Submission & auction schedule: Last date for submission of application forms: 2026-08-28. Auction venue: Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Buner. Auction date & time: 2026-09-02 at 11:00 AM. If the auction cannot be held on that date, the next date is 2026-09-03 at 11:00 AM.
- Payment by successful bidder: One-fourth (1/4) of the bid amount to be deposited within three days as security; remaining formalities and payments (including excise duty, lease documentation, surface rent, and other government dues) to be completed as per rules and rates. Successful bidder will be bound to execute lease and abide by Mineral Sector Governance Act/notifications.
- Applicants must attach CNIC, income tax registration (NTN), and partnership deed/Memorandum of Association where applicable.
- For deposits the notice lists bank account numbers and instructs payment in Bank of Khyber branches. Contact office hours: 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM on working days for further information.
Prospective bidders must follow the full terms and conditions published by the District Auction Committee and present required documents and payments before the stated deadline.
