Chitral Irrigation Division Tender: Rehabilitation of Irrigation Channels & Flood Protection Works (FY 2026-27)

Executive Engineer, Chitral Irrigation Division, Chitral invites electronic bids through the EPADS e-procurement system for multiple maintenance, rehabilitation (AM&R) and bank protection / flood protection & channelization works for Fiscal Year 2026-27. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/specialization, registered with KPRA and holding an active NTN with FBR may apply.

Scope: A total of 12 packages are advertised in two groups:

• Bidders must be PEC-registered contractors for FY 2026-27 in the mandatory category/specialization indicated for each lot.
• Bid security (earnest money) of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each package as specified in the bidding documents.
• All bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS e-procurement portal before the closing time.
• Bidding documents, detailed scope, eligibility criteria and submission instructions are available on the EPADS portal and with the procuring office as per the bidding procedure.
