Rawalpindi Women University Invitation to Bidders for IT Equipment (Projectors & Smart Interactive LEDs)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Women University (Director Purchase & Store). Rawalpindi Women University invites e-bids on a lot-wise basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System and the University e-portal for procurement of IT equipment under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility: Reputable firms registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax and/or Punjab Sales Tax), having an active taxpayer profile and adequate experience are eligible to participate. Bids must follow Punjab e-Procurement and PPRA rules.

Submission method: Submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and Rawalpindi Women University portal (www.rwu.edu.pk). Bidders must also submit bid security through Bank of Punjab (online drawn) as per PITB/Punjab-eProcurement Portal procedure in favor of Rawalpindi Women University.

Document requirements: Original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper, copies of Income Tax certificate and GST and/or PST certificates (where applicable), proof of registration and professional tax certificate, and other documents as required by the tender must be uploaded/submitted in accordance with the tender instructions. Failure to provide required documents will disqualify the bid.

Opening: Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives (if they choose to attend) at the specified opening time. University reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
