Procurement method: Single Stage Two Envelopes via NHA e-bidding portal. Bid security: 2% of Engineer's Estimate in the shape of Pay Order / CDR in favor of "National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund-Security Deposit)".

Key dates and submission: Electronic bids must be submitted via the NHA e-bidding system and must reach the address given on or before 2026-07-16 by 1100 hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
