Bidding documents (non-refundable) are available from the office of Director Procurement, DHA Head Office on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed fee (Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority). Bids must be submitted as separate sealed technical and financial proposals in a single-stage, two-envelope procedure. Sealed proposals will be opened as per the schedule above; financial bids will be opened later for technically qualified firms. PDOHA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under its rules and regulations.
